We promise that if your garment differs in any way from photo shown, We will offer you a full refund or exchange, we photograph all our own lingerie on UK models, these are not stock images produced by a lingerie firm, these are our photos and the lingerie is actual stock we sell. All our photographs are protected by international copyright.

Next Day Special Delivery £6.95 - 24 hours (on orders placed before midday) Not Available For Saturday Delivery.

EUROPE = Royal Mail International Signed For £6.95 - 3-5 days

REST OF WORLD = Royal Mail International Signed For £8.95 - 7-14 days

Special Delivery Is Available Monday To Friday, Not Available For Saturday

Our lingerie is sent out the same day, or the next working day, depending on availability All deliveries have to be signed for, so you may prefer to give us a different address, other than your home address, such as your work place or a friend. Where a product is not in stock, we will advise you by email, of expected delivery date, you can then chose to have your payment refunded or wait for delivery.

All orders are sent in discreet plain packaging, the only information contained on the outside of the parcel will be our return address post code, not our company name, your privacy will be respected at all time.

We pride ourselves on our quick and accurate delivery service. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. In the unlikely event of a problem we will contact you straight away by email.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

Prices can be viewed on our site in major currency denominations, please choose which currency you would like to use, from the currency flag.
Upon receipt of your order, your account will be debited for the full amount.
"Joker Costumes" will appear on your credit card statement.

We offer payment processing by two companies for credit and debit cards, Paypal and Nochex All personal details are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

Payment by post

We accept payment by postal order or Cheques, please make these payable to Joker Costumes and send them to Unit 14C Dickson Street, Elgin Industrial Estate, Dunfermline KY12 7SN
Please note: orders will not be placed until funds have cleared.

RETURNS

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will need to be paid for by credit card before the item will be despatched.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear are tried on over your own underwear We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where the items tried on smell of perfume, smoke or BO, please also consider any items marked with make up or fake tan will be returned to you, all items returned will be inspected. All tags and labels must be intact on any returns

Returns period

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:

• Christmas, you may purchase from us in November and December, we will accept returns for up until the 15th Jan
• Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to March 15th .
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow sufficient time for your goods to reach us)

CANCELLATION

If a customer chooses to cancel their lingerie order once payment has been made, they must inform us prior to the order leaving our warehouse.
